2.- How long it takes in providing an order?
R: The amused and patient elaboration of our products is made of artisan way, giving during his detailed process, a unique touch to each one of them. It is why we needed between 25 and 30 days to make your order.
3.- How can I pay the order?
R: A banking deposit covering the total amount of the order plus the cost of the shipment (in case of being foreign), and sending by fax or mail the banking document
4.- How many pieces do I have to purchase?
R: We began to sell from 40 assorted pieces or of the same model.

5.- How the shipments are made?
R: The shipments are made to any part of the Republic through surface mail, with a time of delivery between 4 or 5 days. The amount of this one is covered by the client, at the time of making the deposit of the order.
6.- Can you work on a model or particular design?
R: We have the capacity to produce any model, design or logo previous client’s authorization. The only thing which we needed is a photo of the sample. We work on the sketches and when the client is satisfied, we begin with the production.
